New to our church
You may be on holiday, visiting friends or new to the area. Perhaps Dunbar has always been your home but you have never come to church. For some it can be daunting walking into a new place, so we hope this information will be helpful and that we will see you at one of our services or groups soon.

Where and when does the church meet?We meet in the church building on Queens Road, every Sunday at 11 am. There is a limited number of parking spaces in the church grounds for those who have difficulty walking. Additional parking is available in the local Health Centre or Old Spott Road.

What can I expect when I visit? When you arrive, a member of our welcoming team will introduce themselves to you. Let them know if it is your first time and they will show you how to get into the church and what you need for the service. Once in, you will experience lively worship, biblical preaching and friendly people who want to learn more about God.

Are there groups for my children and teenagers? We all meet together as a church family for the first 20 minutes approximately. During this time, there is usually a short talk for the younger children on the chancel. After we have sung a song or hymn the children and young adults leave for their own groups. All the groups finish at the same time. You are then welcome to have a tea or coffee after the service to help you meet more people.

What facilities do you have for those with specific needs?
If you use a walking aid you can access the church at the front door. Once inside, we have a lift that gives access to the upper floors. For every service, we have a hearing loop and service sheets are available in larger print. Our toilets are accessible to all.
