Girlguiding

Dunbar Girlguiding is open to any female young person aged five to 18 years.
The young people may go on their very first sleepover, canoe on rivers, learn about body confidence, lead their own camp or simply have fun and try new things with other girls their age. Girls will take what they do in guiding with them as they grow up. they develop the skills and confidence that they need to reach their potential - as students, colleagues, parents, friends and citizens. This helps them become the young women that they want to be. The groups always welcome volunteers to help with the groups. |
Rainbows is for girls aged from five to seven years. They have the opportunity to take part in sports, get their hands dirty, play games and be creative. They will make new friends and build their self-confidence. They learn by doing.Guides is for girls aged 10 to 14. They challenge themselves to get out there and do something different and they make great friends along the way. They experience various activities at regular meetings, work towards badges, attend special events and take part in trips and camps.
