The Church is the people within, and the God who binds us together. We are the living stones, as the apostle Peter put it young and old; men, women and children; locals and newcomers; traditionalists and modernisers.
Some of what we do is very old and groaning with tradition, whilst a lot is as modern as it comes. We sing old hymns and new; we’re a church that takes the Bible seriously, but we're not po-faced about it. We have a BB company and a Guild, but we also have house groups and prayer breakfasts. We have a fine electronic organ and a lovely grand piano, but we sometimes clap too!
You are very welcome to come amongst us, and we hope you find us to have open arms and open hearts; most of all, we hope you find the presence of God!
